B2B data, handled like it belongs to someone.
Freelvy is built in Europe, for teams that prospect in Europe and beyond. Here is exactly how data moves through the product, where it comes from, what we verify, and what you control.
Six commitments
How data moves through Freelvy.
Each of these is a mechanism in the product, not a policy statement, the page that explains it in legal terms is the Privacy Policy.
- 01Where the data comes fromFreelvy sources business information from the public web, company websites, maps and review platforms, job boards, public social profiles and business registries. We work with professional data (a work role, a work email, a company phone), not consumer profiles, and every field is cross-checked live before it reaches your table.
- 02You only ever receive verified dataEmails are validated through a multi-provider waterfall and phone numbers through another before delivery. Anything that fails verification is never delivered and never billed, which also means unverified personal data doesn't circulate through your CRM.
- 03Do-not-contact, enforced everywhereExclusion lists are persistent and checked at every step: excluded companies and people are filtered when lists are built, again when sequences are drafted, and once more at the moment of sending. Someone who opted out between two steps is caught before the send.
- 04Emails leave from your mailbox, not oursSending happens through your own Google or Microsoft account, connected with OAuth, we never ask for a mailbox password, and you can revoke access at any time from your provider. Sends are queued and paced rather than blasted.
- 05A human sets the bar before anything shipsThe agent drafts sequences on a single example lead and waits for explicit approval before writing to a full list. You then choose how it sends: autopilot, where the approved sequence goes out on schedule, or copilot, where every message waits for your one-click go. Either way, each draft is checked against the facts actually sourced for that lead; unbacked claims don't ship.
- 06Your requests, honouredAnyone can request access to, correction of, or erasure of their data, write to contact@freelvy.com and we act on it, including adding the person to the global do-not-contact list so they are not re-sourced later. Deleting your workspace deletes its data.

Questions legal teams ask.
What is Freelvy's legal basis for processing B2B data?
Legitimate interest, in the strict B2B sense: professional data (role, work email, company details) sourced from information made public in a business context, used to contact people about matters relevant to their professional function. Recipients can object at any time and objections are enforced through the do-not-contact list.
Does Freelvy sell or share the data my team sources?
No. Lists you build belong to your workspace. We do not resell them, cross-pollinate them between customers, or use them to build a shared database.
What happens when someone replies « remove me »?
Add them to your exclusion list in one click, the exclusion is checked at list-building, at drafting and at sending, so they can't come back through another campaign. For erasure requests to Freelvy itself, we remove the person and block re-sourcing.
Can Freelvy send emails without my approval?
You decide, per campaign. Set a campaign to review and every draft waits for your go; set it to autopilot and the agent sends within the rules you gave it, your exclusion list and objections are enforced in both modes.

Describe the customer you want. Freelvy searches the live web, verifies every contact and writes the sequence, you approve the angle, then it sends on autopilot or waits for your go on each message.
