The freelvy.com website, its structure, texts, images, logos, the Freelvy name and mark, and the software behind the product are the exclusive property of FREELVY or are used under licence. Reproduction, adaptation or reuse of any part of them, by any means, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
5. Personal data and cookies
Personal data collected through this site and through the Freelvy product is processed in accordance with the GDPR. How we do it, on which legal basis, and how to object are set out in our Privacy Policy. Individuals whose professional data appears in Freelvy results can have it removed through the Opt-out & Privacy Request page.
6. Liability
FREELVY makes every reasonable effort to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but does not warrant that it is free of error or omission. FREELVY is not liable for damage to a visitor's equipment arising from access to the site, nor for interruptions of the site itself. Service commitments for the Freelvy product are set out in the General Terms and, where applicable, in the customer's agreement.
7. Governing law
This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution before any legal action. Failing agreement, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rule to the contrary.
