Connect Attio to Freelvy

Freelvy skips People and companies you already know, adds new prospects to Attio, keeps the history of every message and opens a deal when someone is interested.

Connect

  • In Freelvy, open Settings, then Integrations, and choose Attio.
  • Select Connect Attio. You sign in on Attio and approve the permissions. Freelvy never sees your password.
  • Freelvy then adds its own attributes, creates one webhook and, if you allow it, adds the Interested and Meeting booked deal stages.
  • The card shows Connected, your workspace name and the date of the last check.

Before you start

  • Only the owner of the Freelvy account can connect, change the settings or disconnect.
  • One CRM at a time per Freelvy account. Disconnect the current one first to switch.
  • The Deals object is turned off by default in Attio. A workspace admin has to enable it for deals to be created. Without it, skipping People and keeping the history still work, and the card tells you so.

What syncs from Attio to Freelvy

  • People, by email address, and Companies, by domain, so that Freelvy never contacts someone already in Attio.
  • Deals. A deal that is open, or in a stage whose name contains Won, excludes its People and company.
  • Changes arrive through a signed webhook, and the list is also checked again regularly and before every launch. Use Check now on the card to refresh it yourself.

What syncs from Freelvy to Attio

  • Prospects, as People and Companies Records. They are created with an assert on email address or domain, so no duplicates. A Record you already have is only completed where a field is empty, never overwritten.
  • Attributes that start with Freelvy, such as origin, campaign, signal, LinkedIn URL, location, company size, industry, lead source and reply category. If Freelvy cannot add them, the same information is written in a note.
  • A note on the Record for each email sent, reply received and LinkedIn message, copied to the deal when there is one.
  • When a prospect is interested or books a meeting: a deal at the stage you chose, the reply as a note, and a task to reply within 24 hours.

Settings

  • Skip People already in Attio. Three switches: People already in Attio, customers, and People with an open deal.
  • Add prospects to Attio. When a campaign starts, when you approve a row, or never.
  • Keep the history. Emails sent, replies, LinkedIn messages.
  • Deals. Create a deal when someone is interested or books a meeting, choose the stage for each case, and add a task to reply within 24 hours.

Permissions Freelvy asks for

  • Read and write Records, to skip, create and complete People and Companies.
  • Configure Objects, to add the Freelvy attributes and deal stages.
  • Read and write notes and tasks, for the history and the reply task.
  • Manage webhooks, to receive changes. Read workspace members, to own deals and tasks.

Disconnect

Select Disconnect on the Attio card and confirm. Freelvy stops writing to Attio, stops using it to skip People and removes its webhook. What is already in Attio, including the Freelvy attributes and notes, stays there; you can delete them in Attio. You can reconnect at any time. If you revoke Freelvy from Attio itself, the card shows Needs reconnecting and nothing is sent until you reconnect.

Data handling

  • Freelvy keeps the Attio access token and webhook secret encrypted, and never shows them.
  • Freelvy reads the fields it needs to recognise a Record: email addresses, domains, deal stages and associations. It keeps only the list of email addresses and domains to skip, which is deleted when you disconnect. It does not copy the rest of your Attio database.
  • Your data is not shared with other customers and not sold.
  • See the Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Trust page for the full detail.
